Season Passes: What Are They & How To Create
During event creation - choose event type: Season Passes to build your season pass event. The box office can create and configure three types of passes:
Pass Type | Example |
Single Sports Pass | Volleyball pass valid for all volleyball games |
Multi Sports Pass | All sports pass valid for entry into any athletic event |
Flex Pass | Digital punch card valid for entry into any certain number of events |
Passes default to digital delivery, which will be delivered via email where the purchaser can scan straight from their mobile device or print from home.
Fee Structure:
Pass events fall under a separate fee structure than single events. All digital passes have a $3 per pass fee and all physical passes have a $5 per pass fee. To streamline and simplify billing, the fee is added to the “Net Price” that is entered for the passes.
Single Sport Pass:
A Single Sport Pass is a pass that is used for one sport, for either General Admission or Reserved seating.
Each fan will receive one barcode to use as their ticket to scan into each game within the designated season.
Example:
Football Pass, Volleyball Pass, etc.
In the Sports Team dropdown, select the team that is assigned to the pass.
Multi-Sport Pass:
A Multi-Sport Pass is a pass that can be used for multiple sports. Because the pass can be used for more than one sport, it can only be used for General Admission events.
Most commonly used for All Sports Passes or Season specific Sports Passes (Fall Sports Pass, Winter Sport Pass, All Sports Pass, etc).
Example:
In the Sports Team section, select all the sports that are assigned to the pass. These passes will be valid for the specified number of scans per event. Note: multiple scans are per barcode and will not issue additional passes.
Flex Sport Pass:
A Flex Sports Pass is a digital punch card that can be used across any event in the Box Office regardless of teams.
Example:
If the number of scans is set to 10, then it means a fan can gain one entry to 10 events or 10 entries to 1 event.
