Playoff/Single Game Renewals

The Hometown Box Office allows you to offer renewals to your season ticket holders for playoff games! This feature will lock the seats that belonged to your season ticket holders, allowing them to renew their seats for the playoff game before they’re available to the public.

Single Game Renewals work differently than Season Ticket Renewals. Instead of the entire reserved seat map being locked, only the seats previously belonging to Reserved Season Ticket Holders will be locked. The rest of the seats that did not belong to a ticket holder are available to the public, and the previous ticket holders can unlock their seats with the passcode they receive via email, exactly like Season Ticket Renewals.

This allows you to both offer your Season Ticket Holders their normal seats, while still selling the leftover seats at the same time! Given the nature of playoff games, this is a helpful feature that allows you to maximize ticket revenue for your playoff games, and make sure every seat is is filled with excited fans!
