Playoff/Single Game Renewals

The Hometown Box Office lets you offer seat renewals to your season ticket holders for playoff games. This feature automatically locks the seats assigned to your season ticket holders, giving them first access to renew before tickets go on sale to the public.

Single Game Renewals work differently from full season renewals—only the seats previously owned by season ticket holders are locked. All other seats remain open for public purchase. Season ticket holders receive a passcode by email to unlock and purchase their seats, just like with regular season renewals.

This approach lets you reserve your loyal fans’ seats while selling remaining inventory right away—helping you fill the stadium and maximize playoff ticket revenue.
