How to Export Renewal Passcodes

Once the Renewal Email has been sent to your ticket holders, you are able to export a list of the passcodes each ticket holder will receive in the email and use to unlock their seats. This way, if fans need assistance with renewing, you can view their passcode and provide it as needed.

Exporting Renewal Hold Passcodes-

Navigate to your Season Tickets event in the Dashboard, and click into the Event Details.

Scroll down to Advanced Event Options, click Export next to Export Renewal Holds

The platform will produce a .csv file containing each ticket holder’s passcode.

Pro Tip: Each email address will get its own unique passcode. After fans enter the passcode, they will have access to all of last year’s seats, and can choose which, if any, they want to renew!
