How To Exchange A Reserved Seat

Some schools choose to offer trade days to allow ticket holders to trade into empty seats after the renewal period ends, but before public sales begin. This guide walks through how to trade reserved seating in a season ticket event with only one ticket level. 

Locate the Original Ticket Order

  1. Open the Season Ticket event from your Dashboard

  2. Click on Order List

  3. Search for the ticket order needing to be exchanged (search by name, order number, email address, phone number, or last 4 digits of the credit card used)

  4. Click Order Details next to the order you’re exchanging

Exchange Seats

  1. Scroll down to the Tickets heading and locate the ticket(s) that need to be exchanged. Click the black triangle to view the ticket for each game included in the season ticket package. 

  2. Click Exchange Seats

  3. Choose the new seat on the seat map, click Exchange Seat, and Submit

It’s important to resend tickets after processing the exchange, otherwise, the fan will not have updated tickets! 

Send Updated Tickets

  1. Confirm all seats that needed to be exchanged, have been exchanged (keep in mind they will each have to be done separately)

  2. Click Re-send Receipt email

  3. The fan will receive an email with their new tickets. The original tickets they purchased will be voided.
