Multi-Ticket Transfer and Reclaim

Fans and spectators have the ability to transfer multiple tickets to one recipient at a time from the fan app or while logged into the fan site. The recipient will receive a text message with a link to access their tickets. If an email address was input for the recipient, an email will be sent as well.

Transferring Multiple Tickets - 

1. Open the fan app

2. Select Tickets at the bottom of the screen

3. Select Transfer at the top, right side of the screen

4. Select the desired tickets from each event

5. Select Next

6. Fill out the recipients information and select Transfer Tickets

7. You’ll see a Transfer Complete confirmation and the recipient will now receive the selected tickets.

8. You can now select remaining tickets to send to another recipient if desired.

Reclaiming Transferred Tickets - 

1. Open the fan app

2. Select the Tickets option at the bottom

3. Select the Transfer button at the top, right.

4. Select Manage. You will now see a list of events with the tickets that have been transferred.

5. Select desired tickets to reclaim and press Next

6. Review your selection and select Reclaim Tickets

7. You will now see a Reclaim Complete confirmation message.
