Dashboard Refresh: New Event Display & Quick Actions

We’ve updated the Box Office Dashboard to make managing your events faster and easier.

What’s New -

Event Display

When you log in, you’ll notice a refreshed look in the Events List section of your dashboard. Each event now includes:

Colored Icons to identify the event type at a glance:

Status Icons that highlight event details, such as:

This makes it simple to scan your dashboard and quickly recognize each event’s setup and status.

Quick Action Menu

Instead of clicking into an event to make updates, you can now take action directly from the dashboard. By selecting the three-dot menu next to an event, you’ll see the following options:

• View Event

• Edit Event

• Guest List

• Create Order

• Duplicate Event

• Delete Event

This streamlined menu reduces clicks, saves time, and puts the most common actions at your fingertips.

Event Filters

Right from within the Event List in your Dashboard now, you can filter by School, Team, Department and/or Event Type. This allows for quick organization and clean-up, to find the event you may be looking for. In the example below, we wanted to just see what events we had upcoming for Middle School Baseball.
