Create A Clean Link
A link is a quick way to share a specific website address. Sharing links to your event can improve ticket sales by making it easy for customers to find the page to buy their tickets.
Sharing improper links can cause undesired personal information to be shared including name, phone number and cart contents. Improper or bad links are often the result of a timed out cart and your web browser is still remembering old data.
To Locate a Link:
Web addresses are located at the top of a web browser
Copy and pasting that address into another location creates a link
Creating Clean Links:
If you notice your link has extra characters at the end, manually deleting the values will give you a clean link. You can also clear your web browser cache.
