What Is My Client ID & Where Can I Find It?

Your Client ID is tied to your Box Office and serves as a unique identifier. This piece of information will not change and is established at the creation of your assets with Hometown. 

Within the first part of your Box Office Login URL, you will always be able to access your Client ID.  

For example, https://stars.hometownticketing.com/admin - stars being the Client ID

When logging into the Hometown Gate App, you will need to sign in with your: 

  1. Client ID

  2. Username

  3. Password
