New Hometown Customer "Get Started" Guide
As a new Hometown customer, our Implementation team will create a customized Box Office with a unique URL (web address). In order to start creating events and selling tickets, you first need to log in to your Box Office!
Your Box Office URL will follow this pattern: clientid.hometownticketing.com/login
You should have received your unique Client ID via email during Implementation. If you cannot find it, reach out to our Customer Success team! Be sure to make a note of your Client ID if you haven’t already.
Our Implementation team also sent a username and a link to your Box Office. To set up your password please click the “Forgot Password?” option on the login page to have a link sent to your email to reset your password.
You will receive an email to reset your password after entering your username and email address if there is an account associated with the information entered. This email contains a link you will need to click to add the new password. If you’re still having trouble or you don’t receive the email, reach out to the Customer Success team!
Once logged in you can start adding Users, creating events and selling tickets!
Be sure to bookmark your unique Box Office URL somewhere you can easily access it, and save your username and password to easily log in next time!
