How to Update Stripe Communication Preferences

Stripe allows clients to adjust notification settings in the case of any disputes being processed (chargebacks, disputes, etc.) or other pertinent account notifications. Below are the instructions on updating these preferences in the Stripe portal.

  1. Log in to the Stripe portal.

  2. Click on Settings in the top right.

  3. Click Communication Preferences.

  1. Make your selections regarding Stripe notifications.
