How to Update Payout Frequency in Stripe
Select the Settings gear wheel in the top right corner of your Stripe dashboard
Select the section named Business in the settings menu options.
Select Bank accounts and currencies.
Under the section labeled Payout Schedule, you can set up automatic payments to be daily, weekly, or monthly.
Daily: Stripe automatically transfers your available funds every business day.
Weekly: You set a specific day of the week to have your payouts sent on.
Monthly: You set a specific day of the month for payouts.
Ensure that you select Save before exiting to ensure the payout schedule changes.

Important information to keep in mind:
Payout = the money that is sent from your Stripe account to your bank account.
Choosing a payout schedule doesn’t change how long it takes for your pending balance to become available. It only controls when payouts are sent.
I.E., if your account is set to daily payouts with a 3-business-day payout speed, Stripe pays out funds daily from transactions that were captured three business days earlier.
Payout speed: This refers to the amount of time it takes for your funds to become available.
The payout speed varies per country and is typically expressed as T+X days. The United States is set for T + 2 days, any international transaction could be pushed onto another payout period due to international delays.
It is suggested for refunds or chargebacks that you set a Minimum Balance in your account, which will prevent any issues related to negative balance. This can be done just below the payout Schedule section
