How to Respond to Disputed Orders in Stripe

  1. Login to Stripe

  2. On the left hand side, click on the Payments tab

  3. Underneath Payments, select Disputes

Disputes can be sorted by the following categories:

  • Needs response

  • In Review

  • All Disputes

  • Won

  • Lost

  1. Click on the dispute in question

Here you will be able to Counter or Accept the dispute in question. When countering, you should provide evidence on why the chargeback isn't valid, such as: proof the tickets were used, evidence that the same user/cc card engaged in fraudulent activity often, etc.
