Ticket Packages

This ticket level is used to bundle multiple single level tickets together. All single ticket levels should be created prior to packages being created. When a ticket level is defined as ticket package, all predefined single ticket levels populate.

The desired single ticket level and their quantity should be selected and defined to associate to the ticket package. Similarly to a single ticket level, seating type and total quantity available must also be defined.

Common examples include:

Family discount packages: 2 Adult tickets & 2 child tickets
Buy one get one free packages

How to Create a Ticket Package

Create the underlying ticket levels you will be using for your Ticket Package -
- Ticket Level Type: Single Ticket Level
- General Admission Type
- Price: Not the actual charge for purchasers, but does print on the individual tickets
- Quantity: Total number of tickets at this level you want sold. These quantities will be sold as part of the Ticket Package
- Additional Ticket Level Options: Hide from Public

Create the actual Ticket Package that you will be placing on sale to your community -
- Create separate Ticket Level used for the Family of Four Ticket Package
- Ticket Level Type: Ticket Package
- General Admission Type
- Tickets in Package: Select 2 Adult General Admission and 2 Child General Admission
- Price: The price the purchaser will see upon purchase, excluding fees. Not printed on individual tickets

Purchasing Online

Now that you have created your Ticket Package and published your event, purchasers will be able to view this option online. They will only be able to see the Ticket Package, which include individual tickets, from the event page.

Confirmation Email & Tickets

Once the purchased has completed their transaction online, they will receive a confirmation email with their Ticket Package attached as a PDF. They will be able to see all four (4) of the individual tickets that were included within this package.
