How To Duplicate an Event

The duplicate feature allows you to create new individual events or full schedules quickly, by recreating an existing event.  This is helpful if two events are similar and may only have minor differences, such as event start date. It is important to note that all information from the original event will be duplicated. This includes, but is not limited to custom questions, passcodes, fee structure, event terms  and publishing rules. 

If an event is successfully duplicated, a green banner will appear above the event details indicating you are in an editing mode for the new, unpublished event. Season passes cannot be duplicated.

Duplicate an Event

1. Open the Event Details of the event to be duplicated

2. Under the Event Options section, click Duplicate
