Hide a Ticket Level

The Hide Ticket Level feature allows you to make a ticket type invisible to the public on your event’s online ticket page. This is useful for internal-use-only ticket types, special pricing, or restricted access tickets. While hidden online, these ticket levels remain available in your Box Office, through the Create Order Tool, and in the Gate App for walk-up sales at the event.

When to Use This Feature

Offering discounted or complimentary tickets to select groups
Reserving ticket inventory for VIPs, staff, or sponsors
Preventing early access to certain ticket types before a public release
Keeping certain ticket types available only for on-site sales

How It Works

Create or Edit Your Ticket Level within your event.
Select Additional ticket level options
Select Hide ticket level from public
Click Submit

Once hidden:

Not Visible Online: Ticket level will not appear on your public event ticket page.
Available in Create Order Tool: Can be selected for manual orders in the Box Office.
Available in Gate App: Gate workers can sell the ticket on-site during the event.

Example Use Case
You are hosting a playoff game and want to offer a “Volunteer Pass” ticket for event helpers. Instead of making this ticket public, you hide it from online sales and only sell it in person at the gate using the Gate App.

Tip: If you later want the ticket to be available to the public, simply edit the ticket level and uncheck the Hide from Public View option.
