Adding Color Indicators To Tickets

Adding color to tickets helps gate staff quickly identify the ticket type each fan has purchased. These color indicators are especially useful for events with multiple ticket levels, making it easier to direct fans to the appropriate seating areas efficiently.

To apply a color to a ticket level to a previously created event, log into the box office and select the event you want to add the color indicators to.

  • Select Edit next to your ticket level.

  • Click the Apply Ticket Level Color Indicator checkbox next to Colored Ticket.

  • Select the color you’d like by clicking the box next to Enter Color.

Each ticket level can only have one (1) color applied to them. If you need a second color applied to certain tickets, you will need to create a new ticket level.
