Adding Color Indicators To Tickets

Easily assign colors to tickets to visually distinguish different ticket levels, making it simple to identify access, pricing, or categories at a glance.

To apply a color to a ticket level to a previously created event, log into the box office and select the event you want to add the color indicators to. This can also be done during a new event build.

  • Select Edit next to your ticket level.

  • Click the Apply Ticket Level Color Indicator checkbox next to Colored Ticket.

  • Select the color you’d like by clicking the box next to Enter Color.

Each ticket level can only have one (1) color applied to them. If you need a second color applied to certain tickets, you will need to create a new ticket level. 

As you can see below, each ticket level has a color indicator that matches the printed ticket.
